At least now I am armed with the information so next time (as I'm sure there will be) I can be prepared. I have been using Mg for some time and it seems the earlier you can take it the better the result.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3493894029182248836.post-838796298976326952015-01-21T14:59:50.667-08:002015-01-21T14:59:50.667-08:00My husband and I are talking about having a baby i...My husband and I are talking about having a baby in the near future and this is the thing that concerns me most. Like you, I have been a migraine sufferer all my life. I got my first one as an early teen. I take sumatriptan and topirimate as a preventative. Being without my meds is a particularly scary prospect, especially considering that I already have given up alcohol in all forms because of the headaches it gives me. I have been taking a magnesium supplement and it does help. I have noticed that it also helps with the constipation I have from years of taking NSAIDS to fight headaches too. I'm going to go buy some white cherry Poweraid though. Thanks for the information. They seem to help some with a basic tension headache, but I haven't noticed any relief for my migraines. The Blakeyshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00223285681242546268noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3493894029182248836.post-14765419242820147662014-04-30T10:27:03.040-07:002014-04-30T10:27:03.040-07:00Migraines sound horrible.
